Everything one should spend time with there younger self. It’s a healthy coping mechanism when trying to boost your confidence. A lot our trauma comes from when we were little. So talk to that younger girl or boy and let them know what you know now. Encouraged them!

Tomorrow March 1st is my birthday. My first birthday I’m spending away from home and without my granddad. I know 28 is going be a great year and I can’t wait for the all the experiences.

Grief is probably one of the hardest things. Losing my granddad has me feeling like I don’t even know. Just know that you won’t feel like this forever and that healing is coming.
