I recently saw the deathbed exercise on Tik Tok.
Sounds morbid, yet it was simply imagining yourself at the end of this precious thing called life. Whilst it was only 30 seconds long, it really hit home!
It's easy to think that we have forever when you're stuck in the day-to-day.
Even though you know it's not true, you still find yourself living as though it is.
Putting things off, kidding yourself that you'll do it tomorrow.
There have been many who've said that the end brings great clarity with it.
All the things you wish that you'd have done, the things you wish you'd have said, the things that are truly important to you, the chances you should've taken, the things you should've let go of.
The wonderful thing is that you don't have to wait until it's too late.
