I share my personal journey with perfectionism, from growing up in a strict household to navigating the pressures of entrepreneurship, and how somatic practices have helped me rewrite my relationship with it.

Perfectionism can be such a heavy burden, especially for those of us who feel like we have to “get it all right” to succeed. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.

Whether it’s your content, your website, or your coaching practice, you don’t need everything polished before you put it out into the world. In fact, the more human, real, and imperfect you are, the more you can connect with others authentically.
