I took me a few years to understand how to help others feel comfortable in their leadership skin. Leadership is complex as opposed to what many would have you believe when they present the seven traits to leadership success. Great leaders possess a multitude of traits and knowledge. Many a great for many different reasons. This podcast tells the story of one of my better successes in the world of leadership coaching.

This is a welcome to my organizational effectiveness model and provides a brief overview of the model.
