I took me a few years to understand how to help others feel comfortable in their leadership skin. Leadership is complex as opposed to what many would have you believe when they present the seven traits to leadership success. Great leaders possess a multitude of traits and knowledge. Many a great for many different reasons. This podcast tells the story of one of my better successes in the world of leadership coaching.

This is a welcome to my organizational effectiveness model and provides a brief overview of the model. After this overview, the next few videos will be delving deeper into each component part of the model. I will be presenting the model components, the tools and instruments I used to implement the model. The videos will be around 15 minutes long.
