In Queensland, testing positive for THC while driving can lead to fines, license suspension, and even a criminal record, even if you're using legally prescribed medication.
Medical Advisor at Little Green Pharma, Dr Joe Kosterich, told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, "I think in Queensland a parliamentary inquiry and the previous government was looking at it."
"Everywhere there have been inquiries, the same recommendations have been made, it's just governments have been quite slow to act on them," Dr Kosterich continued.
