in this episode, i tell you everything you need to know about how to heal your anxious attachment. it all comes down to building trust with yourself by feeling your feelings and holding yourself through the emotions that arise. doing this over and over until you have created a new, healthy baseline.

another thing i did not mention is that especially right when you meet a possible romantic love interest, it is sooo important to be securely attached. if you are not, you will bypass your own feelings or emotions all because you don't want them to abandon you. when you are unafraid of being abandoned, when you are unafraid of feeling your "uncomfortable" emotions, you can show up to them fully embodied, and fully able to sit in a seat of power that asks "do I like them? do they meet my needs? is anything they are doing making me feel uncomfortable?" you will be willing to look at them evenly, because you are okay if they do not like you or want you. from that space, you can ask yourself if you even like them, or if they are meeting all your standards/boundaries.

hi girls <3 in this episode I speak about why it is absolutely imperative why you and all people stop watching porn. i speak about the innate level of objectification of another human that it takes to watch porn, i speak about how it disconnects you from your femininity and body, i speak about how it is misogyny and not empowering, and so much more. this direct dehumanization of women is extremely disturbing to me, so i was a little upset in this podcast, which is part of natural ~feminine rage~ which is the rage and anger that women feel when they are saying the truth that has been denied. i love you guys so much!
