The transformation of the believer is a spiritual change, not a magical one. As you grow in your new man you still face challenges and opportunities to grow your faith.

In Ephesians, the Apostle Paul refers to Jesus as the intersection of the old man and the new man. Jesus set aside his flesh and in so doing, created a new humanity.

As the believer is transformed, each one is given a gift. These gifts are referred to as the Motivational Gifts found in Romans 12. Pastor explains what these gifts are and why they have been given.

The believer has been transformed into a new class of being. This new creation doesn't resemble the old being, but many Christians walk around without knowing what they are truly capable of.

The Bible teaches that when a someone receives salvation a transformation takes place.

In 2 Corinthians, the Apostle Paul uses an Old Testament story to illustrate difference in the glory of the law versus the glory in Christ. At the same time, he teaches that we do face an adversary trying to stop the will of God in our lives.

The Apostle Paul went through a two week storm at sea, that was terrifying to all on board. Instead of being fearful, he held on to word from God that was given to him on day 3 of this two week storm. He teaches us a principle of how to stand in faith on the Word, when the circumstances don't look pretty.

The mechanism of faith has an amazing ability to also control the battle for our thoughts.

God has a purpose and a plan for every person. Sadly, most of the time those plans never become reality. Our challenge as a Christian is to find our mission and go after it with everything within us.
