In the episode I got the honor of talking with New York Times best selling author and leader of Wild at Heart Ministries Stasi Eldredge.  Stasi shares her salvation story, how her and her husband John met and when she fell in love with Jesus!

Stasi reveals her former lifestyle and how Jesus rescued her from it. She is fierce about restoring the feminine heart in every woman in order to change the face of Christianity.

She is a leader in women's ministry and she discusses why she started the Captivating womens retreats to allow for true heart transformation by none other than the love of Jesus. She cares about the salvation of others and loves to hear stories about when people fall in love with Jesus!

Stasi Eldredge loves writing and speaking to women about the goodness of God. She spent her childhood years in Prairie Village, Kansas, for which she is truly grateful.  Her family moved to southern California back in the really bad smog days when she was ten.  She loved theater and acting and took a partiality to her now-husband, John, when they were friends in high school. Stasi earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University, which she attended primarily because it was close to the beach.  She became a Christian her junior year in college and dove into the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.  After graduating, Stasi joined Youth for Christ, heading up a ministry to pregnant teenagers and teen mothers.  She has been active in ministry ever since, including theater ministry, crisis pregnancy center ministry, women’s ministry, and children’s ministry. The Eldredge family moved to Colorado in 1991.

I am sharing an episode I did with speaker, blogger and fellow podcaster Jenny Zentz where she interviews me and I share how to do the S.O.A.P bible study method. I have to laugh at myself because I may very well be the worst S.O.A.P teacher that ever taught! I didn't even let her finish her own S.O.A.P!!!! Good gravy!

I share this episode to let it be my reminder to not interrupt someone else's S.O.A.P! I didn't even realize I hadn't let her finish until she released the episode! I mentioned it to Jenny and she laughed and said she didn't even realize it! Maybe she's just being kind, but once I heard what I had done- I had to apologize and ask for forgiveness. Thank you Jenny for the grace ad forgiveness you extended to me.

Ladies! The best part of doing S.O.A.P studies together is hearing not only what God has revealed to you, but what He also reveals to others. You've got to listen to this episode! Learn from my mistakes and please always remember to not rain on someone else's S.O.A.P!
