We need to know what's going on so we can be aware of prophecy being fulfilled BUT never take your eyes off Jesus and the fact He is THE miracle worker and there is a peace that passes all understanding. In Acts 12 James is beheaded but Peter is gloriously and miraculously saved. Why? Why is one killed and the other saved? If you have ever doubted what God can do you need to tune in today!

When you have been on a long journey and driven for hours---and now you are only a handful of miles from your destination do you say, "Oh no we're almost there. Gee I wish we had another hundred miles to drive?" Yes things are bad and sad---but partner---we're almost there! Keep looking up He's coming!

Satan doesn't show us the end of his scheme when he sucks us in---but it NEVER is good. On the other hand, God shows us how the end of His plan turns out and it is great. Either tell me what's wrong with Jesus or serve Him!

The prodigal son was tempted BUT it is only when he decided to depart that the downhill slide started, Lot was living with Abraham, the father of faith, but he took his departure and ended up vexed (2 Peter 2:7) How did we get like this? We left God!
