On Video Game Collectors Podcast #129, JRod is back and fills us in on how ESRB tried to make him pay to change the rating they originally gave his game 🤣 Talk about some BS.

Also, we talk about Sony eliminating physical disc copies of games in 2028. What will this mean for collectors? Is it good or bad? Let us know your thoughts!

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #128 we talk about the highest graded, (potentially rarest) Super Mario Bros. Gloss Sticker 9.6 A++ that is going up for auction in May at Heritage Auctions! Purely insane and has the potential to be the highest sold video game to date. This will be nuts to watch.

Also, since we haven’t been on here in a while, we talk a little bit about VGA and their new grading scale.

And on a last note, we cover the most recent NWC Gold Sale that just happened. Monumental sale really!

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #127 we finally get on the show a long time friend and fellow collector known by just about everyone who has ever visited Nintendoage back in the day Dan Maresca! When

I joined Nintendoage in 2008-2009 Dan was know for being one of the biggest sealed NES collectors in the game. He was 3 sealed games away from a complete sealed Nintendo set (I’m pretty sure no one else has gotten even close…not that close anyway). That is just pure insanity! It really is. Aside from that, he has always had a vision of where to go before it becomes popular or over saturated. One step ahead of a lot of us.

Now Dan is fully emersed in Video game and Pinball original art. His collection has some crazy pieces in it that he shows on the podcast. These really are nuts. He also gives some great collecting perspective that a lot of people can gain from.

It was a great show and we thank Dan for his time! I hope you enjoy! 😁

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #126 WATA is officially gone. You all probably know by now but we took a while to get back to podcasting. So for those of you still living under a rock, now you know 🙂

We welcome PSA Games into the mix. PSA owned WATA anyway so it seemed inevitable at some point that this transition would happen. It’s a sad day for many, but I’m sure PSA will do great moving forward.

We also wrap up our adventure to Portland Retro Gaming Expo last weekend. We all got sick (kind of like every year) but I think everyone is recovered now. It was great to see Eric, Omar, Miwi, Fred, Andrew, Steve, Frank, Chris, Christian, Alan, Braveheart, and so many others!

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #125, we catch up on all things video games over the last 2 months. So much has been going on, so many things and stuff. We cover it all! Stay tuned and don’t miss a second!

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #124 is a wild one. We bring on Special Guest Omar the Wild Mahmoudian and get to know him a little better. He has some great stories and is a true Halo/ COD guy. Dude rips. He dabbles in cooking too I hear.

We also take a look a Heritage Signatures and what is coming. Hopefully I get this out soon enough for people to see it before the auction.

Then…I can’t believe I am saying this, but Josh literally drops a sealed Halo Black label on the floor. I can’t make this up and you will see it in all our faces as it happened live on camera…..

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #122 we have Cory “”Satoshi_Hill” join us on the show. Cory is a long time listener and was giving us cred on his Whatnot stream so we showed him some love in return and invited him on the show!

Cory is a good dude and you should go check out his Whatnot channel here: https://www.whatnot.com/user/satoshi_hill

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #121 Chris Larson joins us once again with a pile of games that he wanted to know if he should grade or not. It seems to have been a good question for a lot of people so why not run it back and go over his games.

We also dive into some Genesis games as that is Chris’s bread and butter.

On Video Game Collectors Podcast #120 We bring on long time listener and friend Bryan “Carts And Cardboard” Baker. Super nice guy who is very intelligent and very detail oriented. Behind the scenes he does a lot for video game collecting as well as paintball! He always leaves insightful comments and in in more Facebook groups then you can shake a stick at. He also shares some downright incredible wins in both video games and paintball! Drop him a line sometime and tell him hi! Always welcome back my friend 🙂
