As we reach double digit episodes, it's time to start reviewing SNES games, and what better one to begin with than The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past! This particular project is too large to cram it all in one episode, so after discussing things with confidants, we decided it would be best to split things into three separate episodes. A Link To The Past is yet another great Christmas present, that came with my SNES back in 1992, so this one also has a ton of sentimental value. In Part One, we will review the game up until Link defeats the wizard Agahnim for the first time and is thrown into the Dark World.

We have another classic from Capcom, this time based on a very popular weekend afternoon cartoon, Ducktales for the NES! This one was no rental, my brother made sure this was at the top of his Christmas list in 1989, and by gum, regardless the higher price, he got it! This game lived up to the hype in terms of graphics, music, and general gameplay, but maybe, just maybe it could have been better?

The #VGFB Christmas Special is here! Mega Man 2 for the NES is one of the most iconic titles of the 8-bit era, and for many, the one that got people started in the Mega Man series. With so many memorable boss robots, the great graphics, how colorful it was, and of course the incredible soundtrack. This game has a Special Christmas memory for me, and perhaps for others as well.

Another game with great sentimental value for me, as we talk about the often under appreciated Jaws for the NES. This one is another classic weekend rental turned gem that I will never let go of. Jaws often confused some, and annoyed others, but the select few of us, found the charm in this game, hear all about it!

In this episode, we review Mickey Mousecapade, a game that has great sentimental value for me, going back about 33 years into the late 80's. We would rent this game, I quickly fell in love with it, and wanted a copy of my own. That Christmas, my parents got a new copy for me, and I must have played through it over 100 times since then, if not more.
