A couple weeks ago, millions across the world were stuck to news reports focused on the search of the missing submersible vessel, Titan, which had fallen off the radar during its descent down to see the Titanic wreckage. Today, we know that the five passengers onboard the sub died due to a ‘catastrophic implosion’ onboard. We discuss the lack of regulations in this growing, private industry of extreme tourism.
