Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! The Eagles may not have made it a memorable weekend, but Max and Steve try to look for optimism. Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Super Wild Card Weekend and what better way to start it off than previewing the Eagles and Buccaneers game on Sunday. Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are here to recap the weekend and get you fired up for the week to come. The Eagles rested pretty much everyone against the Cowboys, so a 51-26 loss is what you would expect. More of the talk actually falls on the Colts gifting the Eagles a Top 18 pick thanks to looking like a fish out of water against the Jaguars (). The Flyers drop their fifth straight in embarrassing fashion to the Sharks at home, leaving Steve shaking his head and Max once again pushing for the team to blow it up. Claude Giroux may be the first to go, but what would the Flyers look for in return ()? The Sixers win their sixth straight as Joel Embiid continues to tear it up in the Association, looking to make a run for MVP again. Once again, Ben Simmons trade news bubbles to the surface but with a month until the trade deadline, we may be in for the long haul on rumors (). Finally, Bets of the Week ()!

Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Not ready to see all your relatives for Christmas? Well, tune in to the pod to distract from the fact Christmas somehow being only three days away. Max and Steve talk the circumstances leading up to the Eagles-Washington game, which left the Eagles in an unfair position (1:00). Despite this, the offense broke out in a huge way behind Miles Sanders and Jalen Hurts in a 27-17 win (7:20). With the Birds sitting at .500, the New York Giants come to town on Sunday in a another statement game for the Eagles as Max and Steve preview this short rest game (23:40). The Flyers have their game against the Capitals postponed due to more COVID cases with a Washington franchise (color me surprised) so Steve discusses what the league pause could lead to for the team (32:05). The Sixers, despite being shorthanded, get massive nights from Embiid, Harris, and Curry to beat the Celtics on national TV to try and right the ship (38:50). Penn State gets some bowl opt out news (45:30), and we end with Bets of the Week (46:45).

Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are here to get you as informed as possible as the sports landscape is ever changing due to the Omicron variant of COVID-19 (1:00). The Eagles have been negatively impacted by an outbreak with the Washington Football Team, moving Sunday's game to Tuesday and impacting future games (2:00). The Sixers are the latest NBA team to have COVID outbreaks, as the NBA is being ravaged by the Omicron variant. With 15% of the league in protocols, Max and Steve discuss if a league shutdown is on the horizon (12:00). The NHL has been leading the forefront in proactive communication with a fresh release as we recorded, as the Flyers have so far dodged the big COVID bullet but the NHL is resuming daily testing so we will monitor the league situation. On an upbeat note, the Flyers have picked up points in their last five games as Steve diagnoses what changed with Mike Yao (17:30). Villanova have now dropped two straight with a road beatdown by Creighton, where the Wildcats are now expected to drop heavily in this weeks AP Poll (30:15). Finally, Bets of the Week (33:15).
