What better way for the Flyers to follow up an eleven game losing streak than a two game road win streak! Despite this, it's time for the Flyers to admit a rebuild is needed (11:20). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! With Steve off for the next week, you got Max bringing you all your needed Philly sports news! Starting off with the Union, it's been a brutal week with COVID sweeping through the club's roster as they would up with 11 players missing the match through Health & Safety Protocol. With this, they dropped the Eastern Conference Finals 2-1 to New York City FC, as Max recaps the game (0:50). However, we did see the Birds win with Gardner Minshew getting the start as Jalen Hurts rested his ankle. Minshew went back to his old Mania Days as the Eagles won 33-18 over the Jets (10:50). The Flyers cannot find a win to save their life, as they have dropped eight straight games. Is a win on the horizon for them, or is the rebuild button looming (15:25)? The Sixers get a vital road win over the Hawks this weekend as Embiid but the squad on his back. However, Tobias Harris continues to miss games, how is this affecting his mentality for the year (18:00)? The Phillies finally make a free agent move before the lockout hit the league (21:25) as Penn State earn a surprising invite to the Outback Bowl against Arkansas (24:45). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Where else to start but the Eagles getting another road win and building a case for the playoffs. Nick Sirianni completely flipped his gameplan (like we all said ), and Max and Steve how it has paid off with a path to the playoffs (0:45). Villanova drop a classic to UCLA in Los Angeles, but there were good signs to take from the late Friday tip (9:20). Max and Steve go around the other five schools to talk this weekend's slate of games, and what's on deck (11:20). The Flyers get a huge win against the Hurricanes on the road, but follow it up with a confusing 5-2 loss to the Stars (15:00). The Eagles fall to the Chargers by a last second field goal, but the run game continues to look strong so there may be some moral victories as this season progresses (1:15). The Sixers can't stop winning, extending their streak to six. It may only be eight games, but Joel Embiid is building his MVP portfolio again, while Georges Niang and Furkan Korkmaz are shooting even sharper from beyond the arc (6:20). The Flyers are starting to catch up on games played with the Metro Division, and the points are following. As the Flyers move to third in the Metro, Max and Steve talk about postseason aspirations (12:05).
