Their lawyer called it a "formality". And we close with a man who spent eight hours inside a porta potty tank at a World Cup event in Kansas City. The reason he went in will make your jaw drop faster than the toilet seat.

Welcome back to Vile And Horrendous. Big episode today featuring longest You're Wrong we've ever done, a brand new segment, a protraction, and some deeply vile Pig Talk.
We kick things off with the debut of PSA, a new segment where the internet teaches us something we actually need to know. Today's lesson: fathers, please do not buy your sons prostitutes. Interpret that however you'd like.

Then a retraction that flips into a protraction. A commenter informed me, somewhat condescendingly, that egg rolls were invented in Canada. I did my research. He's wrong. New York City, 1930s. This country's greatness remains intact.

From there, the big one. I couldn't figure out what to write about all week, and then it hit me: I'm completely overwhelmed. I don't know what the hell is going on anymore. News outlets using Gen Z slang, adults desperately chasing youth culture, a proposed age cap on social media, Instagram then versus Instagram now, a man convinced by ChatGPT he was on a world-saving mission, and a deeply personal story about how my mother's compliments led me directly to the John Casablancas Modeling School in a Norristown, Pennsylvania strip mall. Reality is no longer real, people.

We close with two dog-themed Pig Talk stories, one involving a bucket toilet and a very unfortunate homecoming, and one I'm fairly certain is fake and refuse to finish reading.

Welcome back to Vile And Horrendous. The dog piss in the elevator is back, just to prove the first episode of this show wasn't a fluke. I get into the psychology of an owner who lets this happen, repeatedly, in a building where everyone owns their unit. I also revisit an old grudge against a passive-aggressive elevator sign from my New York days, and find out the car I just bought has a fire recall on it. The universe is clearly trying to tell me something.
For "You're Wrong," I take on "maxxing," the trend of optimizing literally everything, from your looks to your job to, somehow, your lobster bake. I make the case for why kids should be allowed to be losers again, and why quitting is the one place I fully support going big.

Welcome back to Vile And Horrendous. First day in shorts on the show, and the first time I've ever worn what I woke up in. I'm also still trying to quit smoking, off and on, and I'm starting to think about slowing down the drinking too. We'll get to that.

Welcome back to Vile And Horrendous. I'm in a mood this week, and I can't tell you why. What I can tell you is that quitting smoking is awful and I resent the entire experience.

I kick things off with a retraction: two episodes ago I declared Hollywood dead and movie theaters were nothing but a con job. Then I went and saw Masters of the Universe and had a genuinely good time. Hat's off where it's due. But, I also have a protraction, see the movie cost $200 million and has made $60 million. Meanwhile Obsession had a $750,000 budget and made $229 million. Hollywood, do the math and learn the right lesson!

From there we debut a brand new segment called We Salute You, where for once I'm building something up instead of tearing it down. Today's subject: evil. All the best music, movies, food, and sports moments come from evil, and I will die on that hill. Eazy-E, Gordon Ramsay, Ray Kroc, and the Eagles Super Bowl comeback all make the case.

Flight Log returns with three headlines that together tell one very depressing story about where air travel is headed. Spoiler: The fix is already in and we might already be fucked.
Then we move on to some headlines, a university president in Taiwan who told his graduates to end themselves if they couldn't cut it, a woman who banned herself from casinos for life and then won a jackpot, and a TV star being haunted online by a high school photo that I'm calling a nothing burger.

And we close with a Pig Talk story from a guy named Moose, who spent the early years of his marriage doing things at bars that I cannot defend. His closing thought on the matter will make your jaw drop.

Welcome back to Vile And Horrendous, it's the first time we've recorded before noon, and I have to say the energy is different. Whether that's good or bad, you can decide.

This episode has a spine running straight through it, and that spine is: everybody is ripping you off and lying to your face about it. It starts with me seeing "The Mandalorian and Grogu" on opening day like a complete idiot, which launches us right into why I have done a complete 180 on AI destroying Hollywood. I know. From there, I tear into the full movie theater experience and I mean all of it. The concession prices, the commercials before the movie, the people who talk through the whole thing. I also have photographic evidence that steak and lobster at Sizzler is cheaper than movie theater popcorn and a soda. Not a bit. A fact. I also go after the airlines credit card pimping at 30,000 feet, TSA Precheck, and the slow death of any dignity left in air travel. It all ties together, trust me. And finally, some headlines, including an update on Igor the seal-rock guy, who now has an explanation for himself. It doesn't help him.
