We hadn't had a release in over a year. This episode Nick discusses why!
You’ve got to keep pushing. Don’t let the losses set you back. You CAN and WILL get through!
This is something we all struggle with! But something that can easily be learned :)
James sits down with Julian Cummings who goes by Jarulian on social media. At the time of this recording he had just recently achieved the milestone of 350,000 followers on Tik Tok. At the posting of this audio he now has around 475,000 followers and counting. His videos continue to be reposted across the internet and he is slowly becoming a skateboarding viral icon. This conversation was a lot of fun and we hope to be able to have Julian on the podcast again

A lot of the time people go around feeling unnoticed and like the work they're doing is never enough. A great way to boost some morale whether its around the office or with your friends at the gym. Credit them for their work and what they're getting done! You'd be surprised how much it means to someone.
A lot of people are so concerned about getting things done at the quickest possible speed but a lot of the time forget where they are or what it is they are actually doing. When we focus on being more present we become more focused on the task at hand, the relationships and people around us.
This was an exciting day (8/12/2020) we had spent the last 8 months wondering if we were even going to be able to bring out a product this year. It was a light at the end of what was a very dark tunnel. The support has been unreal and we are forever grateful for you ALL!
You've spent a lot of time talking about what it is you want to get done. Stop talking and JUST DO IT!
Sometimes we're moving so quick we lose sight of where it is we're headed. Madison, she calls this the autopilot mindset and in this episode talks a little about how she deals with it for herself.
Sometimes when you’re starting somewhere new it can be intimidating and for some maybe discouraging. Great episode from Ray talking about this concept!
