After spending an unconscionable amount of time on the Best Picture nominees, we talk about streetcars and the "Moment of Silence Bill" until finding something REALLY ridiculous: A new app that lets you chat with dead people!

Well, that's why my detractors are going to say, so I may as well save them the trouble and just title the podcast that way.

I'm going to push back on that title a little bit: Your emails of topic suggestions had me entertained and mentally hopping from place-to-place along with you all morning! I would have needed a 42-hour show to get to all of them (at my annoyingly leisurely pace this morning, anyway).

"We don't know what it was, but we KNOW it wasn't that." We also talk about the latest "racist" word that has been banned, the price of eggs, and City Councilman Elvis Palermo.
