College football is on the brink of being cancelled! It is definitely cancelled for the rest of 2020 calendar year and might be in jeopardy in the new year of 2021 as well. We'll talk about that as well as other intriguing story lines around the world of sports. It's only Tuesday and it's been one of the wildest weeks of sports in recent memory. The multi-billion dollar safety bubble for the NBA is in full effect. Players have arrived and have finished their 48 hour quarantine and are back to practice. The MLB has started their training camp (summer camp) so we have the latest on that. Also, the NASCAR All Star Race is tomorrow so we'll preview that. There's a lot to talk about today so lets get into it!
This week was insane! It has been decided that the Civil War rivalry between Oregon and Oregon State will not be called the Civil War anymore due to the racial movement that's spreading the globe. The NBA let out their adjusted schedules for when the teams start their season again in late July so we'll discuss that as well as the NBA's desire to have Zion Williamson be in the playoffs against LeBron and the Lakers. We will also discuss how even thought the NBA has approved and voted to start play on July 30, they still might be in trouble. Today is exciting y'all! NBA basketball is back! At least not until July 31st. We'll detail that and we'll talk about that as well as update you on the MLB and what is new in their camp. We'll discuss the last NASCAR race at Bristol at the end and preview this weeks race at the worn out Atlanta Motor speedway.
Today we will be discussing the controversial events between Kyle Busch and Chase Elliot at the end of the NASCAR race at Darlington last Wednesday. The last episode of The Last Dance concluded which begs the question, what documentary should be next? Also, football season is 100 days away so naturally this means that we absolutely have to give our college football playoff predictions for this upcoming season. That and more in-between!
