With that in mind, we talked to our new guy in the building, Johnny Hicks, aka Johnny Infamous who has met nearly ALL the cast members. B Mack cant' stop Justin Bobby, and apparently he's NOT that much of a d bag in real life! Lastly, a new article suggests a survey of nearly a million people and your mental health is proven to improve with more sleep, by going to bed early, but also waking up an hour earlier than you're used to. IT'S SCIENCE, so it must be true, right?

June 1st brings us the beginning of Pride Month, a new minimum wage in BC which is the highest of all provinces now, we have a new restaurant of the month and we will be focusing this month on National Indigenous History Month throughout.
