Tara Sutphen will interview Vironika Tugaleva, Author – “The Love Mindset”. Vironika at one time suffered from mental distress, eating disorders, addiction and self-hatred. She knew she was having a mental breakdown at 23 years old and faced: change or dying. She decided to change and with the same fiery passion she now uses to spread love, she wants others to heal and discover their inner strength.
