The second half opens examining China using its Covid tracking system to stop protests from occurring in Henan, China.  People were planning to protest at the local office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission due to months of frozen online and mobile cash withdrawal services.  The show ends with a round of Dave's Tiktok.
