This Tech Tool Talk explores Nearpod.  Nearpod is an interactive presentation tool.  Teachers can add videos, quizzes, polls, open-ended discussions and many other types of questions and activities for formative assessments. 

When I was teaching online, I loved to incorporate music into my classes to help boost student engagement.  What I learned is that music is more than entertaining; it can be powerful for encouraging high-level thinking skills, too.
