I chat with Tamsyn about how she became an athlete, what it was like to achieve great things as an athlete for her as well as what she believes the current field and track team are capable of.

Tamsyn's passion and drive are what help her succeed to this day.

Today is International Women's Day and I believe I have picked the perfect person to base an episode on as in my eyes and many others Tamsyn Lewis-Manou is an inspiration to women young and old.

Join me this week as I speak with long distance runner Josh Harris.

Josh is exactly what we need in Athletics. He is someone who is enthusiastic about his event of choosing!

From a young age Josh was enthusiatic about the numbers invovled in Long Distance running wether it be records set by others or what time he had to personally beat. We learn that numbers are what helps on his marathon journeys as well as more.

He is a persistent athlete and I wish him the best of luck in the future.
