Issue 1: DC Comics 47 TNG:The Worst of Both Worlds
Writer: Michael Jan Friedman
Penciller: Peter Krause
Inker: Pablo Marcos
Cover artist: Jerome Moore / Rod Whigham
Our Thoughts: The story starts slowly but picks up once the crews meet each other although the first meeting is somewhat lacking. A great premise that hopefully offers more as the story develops. Art work is slightly disappointing.
The Final Verdict: Overall, a slow first part of this epic story.

Issue 1: DC Comics 48 TNG:The Worst of Both Worlds
Writer: Michael Jan Friedman
Penciller: Peter Krause
Inker: Pablo Marcos
Cover artist: Jerome Moore / Rod Whigham
Our Thoughts: The art again is disappointing which in some ways detract from the story but the story itself picks up at a steady pace with the cliff hanger at the end most unexpected.
The Final Verdict: Overall, an improvement from the first part.

Issue 1: DC Comics 49 TNG:The Worst of Both Worlds
Writer: Michael Jan Friedman
Penciller: Peter Krause
Inker: Pablo Marcos
Cover artist: Jerome Moore / Rod Whigham
Our Thoughts: This issue has a dreadful cliff hanger, one that doesn’t surprise anyone. A few continuity errors within the story itself while the overall arc continues at a good pace. Some improvements in the art .
The Final Verdict: Overall, the story builds up to its dramatic climax.

Issue 1: DC Comics 50 TNG:The Worst of Both Worlds
Writer: Michael Jan Friedman
Penciller: Peter Krause
Inker: Pablo Marcos
Cover artist: Jerome Moore / Rod Whigham
Our Thoughts: The story comes to a dramatic ending but somehow manages to leave us with more questions than answers. The solution seems somewhat forced upon us but wraps everything up in a neat & tidy bow.
The Final Verdict: Overall, a great premise for a story we were all wondering about. The story itself moves at a great pace but the art sometimes lets the story down and a few plot errors slightly detract from a good story. Some missed opportunities for sure.
