Networking doesn’t have to feel awkward or transactional. In this week’s episode of The Visionary’s Pursuit, we explore how to shift from “get energy”—focused on asking for favors—to “connect energy,” rooted in authentic relationships. You’ll learn how to approach networking as a long-term strategy, build confidence in intimidating spaces, and create meaningful connections that can transform your career or business. If networking has ever felt daunting, this episode offers a fresh perspective to help you connect with ease and purpose.
How many times a day do you consider how others perceive you versus how you perceive yourself? From the outside, you might seem confident, successful, and composed, but your inner world may tell a very different story. This episode explores the fascinating contrast between how little credit we give the affirmation from others and our obsession with believing our own negative thinking. Additionally, we cover how to embrace a new perspective–the strengths others see in us can actually help us to upgrade our self-concept–and how sharing your own “inner-world” experience with others is one of the best bridges to building deep, authentic and meaningful connections with your team, colleagues and friends.
This week’s episode of The Visionary’s Pursuit is all about the courage to reinvent yourself. What do you do when the dreams you once pursued no longer align with who you are today? Reinvention can feel daunting—letting go of old identities, facing fears of starting over, or wondering if it’s too late. But it’s also an opportunity to redefine success and step into a life that feels truer to who you’ve become. In this episode, we’ll explore how to re-choose your life, honor new desires, and embrace change as a natural part of your evolution. If you’ve ever felt the nudge to start fresh, this one’s for you!
You have an important meeting coming up that could mean big things for your business, but you want to temper your expectations. Getting your hopes up could end in major disappointment, right? This is a trap a lot of us fall into. It's called "loss aversion" and it's often born out of our fear of our feeling disappointed. The problem is, this also can greatly limit our ability to succeed.
This week's episode of the podcast is all about expectations and how "getting our hopes up" can in fact push us to more favorable outcomes. We cover the research supporting why you should set high expectations, the impact it has on how we interact with others, and from which part of the expectation you should disassociate.
Recorded from New York City and inspired by the marathon, this podcast is all about a topic I believe to be of THE most important to put into practice when working towards ambitious goals: your Self-Concept. Meaning, the beliefs, thoughts and perceptions you hold about yourself and others that shape your reality.
Years ago I realized that reaching the goals I had set for myself just wouldn’t be possible with how I was thinking about them. I needed to first become the person who could reach those goals because my the self-concept at the time wouldn’t have gotten me there. So in this episode, I’ve broken down some simple techniques I used to upgrade my self-concept and some practical examples to help guide you to doing so too.
When was the last time you felt overwhelmed with negative thinking. Thoughts like, “You’re not good enough” or “You don’t belong”? You’re not alone. This week’s episode is your go-to resource for when that thinking creeps in. It's common to feel stuck under the weight of our thoughts, constantly trying to prove ourselves. What if, instead of wrestling with these thoughts, you simply chose to step aside and believe nothing you do or don’t do can strip you of your inherent magnificence? If you’re curious to hear more about the approach I took to shift my thinking and how you can too, be sure to tune in!

I think it’s time to take a step back and examine why we're constantly saying, "I'm so tired..." or "I have no energy" and what we’re doing to course correct. Hydration, diet, sleep, exercise are the obvious places to look for a fix… but taking that a level deeper, we have to remember that what we tell ourselves, we start to believe. Especially if we’re repeating these thoughts when setting ambitious goals. In this episode, we explore how our culture reinforces living with exhaustion, why our primitive brains push us away from doing what we love and some simple, effective ways to make sure tiredness (or our fear of it) doesn’t hold us back from our dreams.

This episode explores the daunting yet exhilarating experience of making the leap from a 9-5 to pursuing your own thing. You’ll learn what I wished I knew back then including the common thought-errors of new business owners, the support systems required for your success along with a handful of important lessons I've learned. For anyone who feels called to break away from the comfort of a conventional job, are making a transition now, or may be years into a venture, you won’t want to miss this.
