The biggest threat to your success isn't the market or economy… it's you.
Your doubts, fears and limiting beliefs can sabotage your potential and prevent you from reaching your goals.
It happened to me.
When I started my business I used to be obsessed with learning how.
How to package my offer. How to find clients. How to grow quickly and efficiently.
I invested in programs, overbuilt websites, tested countless strategies… I vehemently followed what the books said I should do and while I did get results, they just weren’t the results I was aiming for.
I bounced from one strategy to the next and when things didn’t work out, I completely re-wrote my roadmap or changed target markets or invested in more education.
I had so many tactics, tools and processes because I felt far more comfortable leaning on those vs. trusting myself and my commitment to my end goal.
Oh how I wish I would’ve known back then what I know now.
Want to know what it is?
I believe 80% of the work required to grow a business or to build anything worthwhile is mindset.
After all…
You can know what to do and still not do it. You can launch something brilliant and still not believe it will sell. You can allow an opportunity to pass you by because you’re not ready.
Just know, you scan for problems, problems are all you will see.
But if you’re fully aligned with what you want to build, you start to see opportunities born from the challenges.
And that’s when it starts getting fun.
Once you start making decisions as the person who has already hit the goal, how you’ll get there becomes obvious.
Join me for this first-of-two part series all about how to develop a visionary mindset!
What fuels your drive? What’s motivating the decisions you make, your pace and the pressure you put on yourself to succeed?
In this episode I invite you to look closely at what’s powering your pursuit.
While fear can create successful results, with it comes many problems. Many high achievers realize that after having accomplished a milestone they feel more anxious and more uncertain.
There is another way.
One that is born from your connection to purpose, from your desire and passion.
This conversation explores the difference between fear-based fuel and desire-based fuel, how each shows up in your day-to-day behavior and why recognizing the source matters more than you think.
It includes a framework to reflect on your own patterns and begin making choices from a deeper place.
If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out or disconnected from your heart despite your many achievements, this episode will be an eye opener.
When the road ahead feels uncertain and every decision carries weight, your nervous system often reacts before your mind has the chance to catch up. This is just your chemistry doing exactly what it’s wired for.
In this episode, I share what happens inside us when we take risks, face uncertainty or find ourselves at the edge of a major transition. I talk about the early days of starting my business, when I couldn’t speak clearly about what I did and spent whole days avoiding the work out of fear I couldn’t name at the time.
We cover how your nervous system interprets career risk as danger and how that can trigger physical and emotional responses that feel hard to shake. We also explore the simple, science-backed ways to begin soothing that response and regaining access to your clarity, creativity, and leadership.
These are practices I use with my clients and in my own life, especially when you're under pressure. I also created a free resource to support you.

Take a breath, tune in, and let’s practice finding stability inside ourselves even when the ground feels shaky.
In this episode, we explore one of the most powerful and essential skills for leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries.
We are hardwired to look to the outside for approval but as professionals/leaders there comes a pivotal moment when your progress depends on your ability to trust your own perspective and judgment without needing affirmation from others.
Self-validation is the capacity to recognize and appreciate your strengths, accept your imperfections with kindness and remain steadily supportive of yourself independent of praise or criticism.
It will enable you to innovate, to approach decisions with greater clarity and bolster your confidence... all while being in integrity with your values. Listen in to learn how!
This is an important one, don't miss it.
Many of the entrepreneurs I work with are truly visionaries. They don’t think in linear goals or have a narrow definition of success. They think in movements, businesses, art, community, innovation, education and systems change.
This kind of ambition is a double edged sword as it can also create a unique kind of overwhelm. With so many possibilities prioritization gets tougher and many then struggle with how to organize their energy in a sustainable way.
So for the multi-passionate entrepreneurs out there, this episode covers how to spot what's getting in your way, the emotional toll that overextending yourself can play and the importance of discernment in executing with focus.
You’ll hear the process I walk my clients through to identify what’s essential, how to make space for it and how to silence the noise that comes with having so many ideas. Tune in and learn how to honor your vision while staying committed to what's most important now.
Work leaves a mark. Most of us have experienced wounds that leave us hesitating and doubting ourselves. In this episode, we explore what happens when the pain of a past work experience still lives with us in the present.
These moments can come from a difficult boss, toxic workplace, a public failure, a business setback, layoff, firing or other negative experience that shook your sense of security. They often go unspoken, especially when shame or self-blame makes us want to forget.
But even when we push them aside, they shape the way we show up, the risks we are willing to take and how fully we trust ourselves. This conversation guides you through a thoughtful process for looking back without spiraling into guilt.
You will learn how to examine the stories you may have carried since those painful moments and how to meet them with self-awareness, compassion and responsibility.
I offer a powerful way to return to those experiences so you can recognize what you learned, where you still hold your power and how you want to carry on in the future. Every career of course has bumps and breaks but what matters is how we choose to make meaning from them. This episode offers a way to back your power and change the way you think about your work wounds.
In this episode, we explore a mindset that often creates disconnection in our relationships. We reflect on what self-righteousness is, how it shows up in daily life and why it can be so difficult to let go of even when we want so badly want to stay connected.
You will hear how the need to defend your perspective can quietly build walls between you and the people you care about. So, I offer a few practical ways to recognize this pattern in yourself and begin shifting toward more empathy, openness and presence.
This conversation invites you to create stronger relationships through self-awareness and courage. It is a thoughtful reminder that growth is possible when we stay curious and remember our shared humanity.
In this episode of The Visionary’s Pursuit, we cover one of the most overlooked yet essential foundations of leadership and personal growth. How to reclaim our power by taking personal responsibility.
We talk about my own journey of learning to take ownership of my thoughts, emotions and actions and how this shift opened the door to greater power and possibility. You’ll hear how responsibility is not about blame but about reclaiming the ability to choose how you respond, especially in challenging situations.
From understanding the victim mindset to breaking out of unhelpful patterns like blaming, shaming or justifying, I share some personal examples of how the powerful work of Viktor Frankl and the concept of the Drama Triangle greatly affected my life.
Whether you are leading a team, building a business or navigating your own internal challenges, this episode offers a powerful reminder that your ability to influence your life starts with how you show up to it.
Imposter syndrome sets in even with the most accomplished leaders. It shows up when you hesitate to share ideas, feel unqualified despite experience or procrastinate on opportunities. In this episode, we cover what the research says about why imposter syndrome shows up and it’s impact on high achievers.
Perfectionism, isolation, feeling the pressure of doing everything alone… these patterns can slow or even halt progress if ignored. So this week, you will learn how to recognize and reframe these thoughts, build confidence, and take action without waiting for the perfect moment.
