Thanks to retirement, Grandpa can now talk about his past and teach from his experiences of 26 years as a probation officer.  He used to be addicted to his own self-hatred and overcoming it taught him taught him new insight into his probationers and how to help them.  He created tools to help others and shares why the Tow Truck tool is so important.  Improve 1% a week is the key to change and the Tow Truck helps.  Included is a practice session.  

Grandpa explains how we fear the shame that comes with blame.  The bad thing about that is then we avoid responsibility which give us control over our lives.  When we are trying to heal, there is no shame in blame and we can take control of our lives.  Guess what that does for us.
