It's football season, don't reach for the lagers and grab a bottle of white wine. In this episode SommGuyNamedJared and RedRedRye taste test 4 white wines for the perfect pairing with tailgate food. Follow along as we taste Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Albarino wines to pair with all the possible tailgate food you could experience at your next football game. It's a wild ride that left us stunned with the winner, but we worked through the best wine for you to bring to your next tailgate.

 In addition we made a banging Chardonnay Smoked Queso Dip.

In a cast Iron Pan:
Rub the pan with a clove of garlic
Add the following and cook in smoker or grill for 2-3 hours at 250 degrees
1/2 cup Chardonnay
16oz Monterey Jack - Shred your own
8oz Cream Cheese
1 can Tomato and chilis
2/3 cup of heavy cream
Stir every 20-30 minutes and serve
