My next guest developed a unique strategy with a compelling urge to capture the attention of everyone viewing his paintings. He astutely notes that “The world around us offers an absolutely incredible amount of visual information that we simply allow ourselves to tune out in the overload.” His goal with each painting is to capture that moment and cause the viewer to pause and take in the world of details and colors that are there but seldom noticed. Each painting he creates becomes an entire landscape made up of seemingly plain, everyday moments.
Having graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor of Fine Art, the primary tools he landed on to apply his trade are watercolor brushes and airbrush as he has found no other combination of tools that can produce the range of effects that these tools can. The ability to create everything from seamless washes to razor sharp details allows him to push the realism in all of his work.
Having been featured in countless publications and magazines, he now features his work through numerous social media platforms with a loyal and growing audience who follow his amazing work and regular live streams.
