Sargent's Group Benefits Plan is changing this year. Staff have been working diligently to work out a plan that is beneficial for our employee-owners and we finally have it!

HR Generalist Amy Somes will be joined by HR Manager Heather Briggs Hutchinson, CFO Tasha Gardner, Cross Insurance Representative Donna Power, President of FEDlogic Frank Cardenas, and Cigna Representative Fred Brewer. The webinar will last roughly an hour with a Q&A session at the end.

We strongly urge all employee-owners to join the webinar at least one of these two dates to learn about our new Group Benefits Plan. EVERYONE will have to participate in open enrollment this year and we want you to be prepared to make the best decision for you and your family. So, invite your spouse, your parents, or whoever helps you make those crucial decisions regarding your health.

These are two very simple videos that show people step by step how to download the app and enter a meeting. We strongly encourage folks to download the app BEFORE the day of the webinar in case you run in to any issues.
