The VOC Nation Radio Network traces its roots back to 2009 in suburban Philadelphia.  Bruce Wirt took over the afternoon shift on the Voice America Health and Wellness Network and proclaimed himself, “your new ‘Voice of Choice’ in afternoon radio.”  The V-O-C in VOC Nation was born.

Over the next 3 years, Wirt took his act to Philadelphia radio, eventually settling in at independently owned WNJC 1360AM.  The VOC Nation Radio Network spun away from WNJC in October 2012 and took to the “cloud”, using their solid fan base to instantly become one of the most listened to mediums on the Internet.  In 2014, VOC Nation merged with Brady Hicks' IN THE ROOM Internet Radio Network, giving the combined medium over 50,000 monthly listeners.

VOC Nation Radio streams live programming 7 days a week, and has forged partnerships with BlogTalkRadio, Stitcher Internet Radio, Podomatic, iTunes, and GoDaddy to bring daily live entertainment and downloadable podcasts to listeners worldwide.  VOC Nation has over 100,000 twitter followers and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of downloadable podcasts as ranked by Podomatic, and in the top 5% of live streaming programming as ranked by Stitcher Internet Radio.

This week IN THE ROOM, Matt and Nick Jackson – The Young Bucks (TNA’s Generation Me) join the show for 45 minutes, talking what went right (and wrong) with TNA, Rob Van Dam, the art of tag team wrestling, working with WWE, and so much more. Plus, Brady Hicks, DJ, and Anthony Sarlo talk CM Punk, HHH in charge, and so much more. Unfortunately, due to a technical snafu, Brady’s conversation with Pro Wrestling Ohio’s producer Joe Dombrowski is not available as planned. Details on the promotion’s upcoming i-ppv – Wrestlelution 4, is available below, as well as courtesy of the promotion’s site at pwowrestling.com.

TBH.com is proud to announce The Book Club with Big and Tull. “Big” Jeff Malinoski and Brandon Tull are Brady’s former ECWA broadcast colleagues, as well as very good friends of IN THE ROOM and the site. Jeff is currently an owner in the ECWA, while Brandon has worked in audio and video production, behind the scenes, for years. His voice is now heard on 94.7 WDSD FM out of Delaware.

Make sure also to follow Big (facebook.com/jeff.malinoski.9) and Tull (facebook.com/coolbrandon) on Facebook. Tull is also on Twitter (@BrandonTull).

Olivia from Uitca, NY asks:

The other day my mom was watching a tennis match, and it was raining so the game was stopped. I asked her, “So they’re postponing the game?” and she tried correcting me, saying, “No, it’s a delay.” Don’t these words mean the same thing? We got into a big fight about it and I only know you, Jay V, can help us settle this.

And where else can you get the answer only after seven minutes of useless argument? Call us at 412-540-5298 to hear us argue over the answer to your question!

Her Dork World / His Dork World had a lot of fun allowing Emily Scott to talk about the recent Gilrmore Girls revival!  She covered all of her feelings on the show, the characters, how the new revival compares to the old shows, and Dean did a spot on impression of her.  Don't miss this one!
