Kimberly Arbuthnot is a certified coach specializing in helping her clients find peace with food. In her practice she has noticed that many women lack compassion for themselves and experience unhappiness with their weight and their looks. They feel defeated in their attempts to change and unsure of what choices to make for their body and lifestyle.

Kimberly’s unique approach with her clients, centers on bringing mindfulness to this challenge, creating a new level of knowledge and awareness resulting in increasing self-confidence and self-acceptance. The outcomes result in clarity and a more positive relationship with food that allows her clients to put their own intentions and dreams into motion and naturally reconnect to joy. 

Kimberly is a retired registered nurse, a professionally trained cook, a culinary educator and a life coach trained in the Art of Feminine Presence.

She understands that today’s “modern” diet is the cause of a myriad of health problems and is focused on educating others on the importance of a nutrient, dense, REAL FOOD diet.

Cecilia’s current passion is in the field of Human BioAcoustics. This exciting and cutting-edge research combines vocal profiling and the use of low-frequency analog sounds to assist the body to support optimal form and function. She is a gifted coach who is using her superpowers for good. Cecilia has a true passion for helping others by educating them on nutrition.

Andrea Logan is a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to adolescents diagnosed with autism. Andrea obtained her M.A. in Applied and Developmental Psychology in 2022 after working as a government contractor for over 20 years. She is currently enrolled in Purdue Global pursuing an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis with licensure as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Andrea’s specialties are Applied Behavior Analysis, Adolescence Development, Autism, Listening Skills, Public Speaking, and Organizational Skills.  

When not serving her community by uplifting those that cannot lift themselves, she enjoys philanthropy as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, dancing, walking her dogs, and reading (especially books related to professional interests).

Today I'm honored and privileged to have on the show Ms. Breana Turner, she is a multifaceted woman who has a passion for empowering women. Think of me as your Chief Encouragement Officer, bringing you first-hand expertise and wisdom from a woman who has found her purpose in life. Over the last year, Breana has spoken to women on the importance of empowerment through exercising, the impact of the Superwoman Complex on Black women’s health, and being resilient and overcoming challenges. She is a 2021 Master of Public Health graduate from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Breana also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from George Mason University. Currently, Breana is a full-time Ph.D. student studying Translational Biology, Medicine, and Health at Virginia Tech, where she is pursuing a concentration in public health implementation sciences. Ultimately, she continuously aspires to advocate for women’s health, advance health equity, and uplift and empower others.
