My guest is a hard working, honest, compassionate individual. She has also been described as clever, funny, down to earth and blunt. She loves helping people and making a difference to people’s lives. She despises mouth noises, and loves a challenge. Iif you said she could not do something, she would set out to prove you wrong.

Meet Lissy Wood.

Lissy is originally from a farm near Kimba on the Eyre Peninsula, a true blue country girl. Lissy is now a financial advisor in the Clare Valley, starting her own business four years ago called Vestra Wealth.

Vestra is Greek for 'your', translating to 'your wealth'. Pretty cool!
Lissy has now two people working for her, Alice and Sheree. These two make the show run behind the scenes and Lissy says she couldn't do it without them. So these three musketeers now have clients right across South Australia and interstate.
Also Lissy was the winner in the People's Choice for the All-Rounder category at the 2020 SA Woman Awards. She is also a mother of three girls and a wife to Ryan. Over the next half an hour, you'll get to know Lissy, what makes her tick and how she thrives in an industry that has its complex challenges.
