Taking care of your mental health is nothing to be ashamed of. I started struggling with mine around 12 years old, and back then, people didn’t really talk about it the way we do now. Depression, anxiety—it was easier for doctors to hand out medication than to really help.

But over the years I’ve learned to find what works for me. I used to have panic attacks all the time, and now it’s been almost a year since my last one. Finding peace in my own space, leaving environments that didn’t serve me, and practicing gratitude changed everything.

Mental health isn’t about weakness—it’s about healing, learning, and creating better for yourself and your kids. And that’s a journey worth taking. 🌿✨
