    Childhood Obesity: driven by poverty?
4.2 million children in the UK are living in poverty and 1 in 3 children are overweight or obese. The last 5 years, has see more than a 50% surge in the number of children being treated at paediatric diabetes units. Will the cut of PE hours only increase the risk of child obesity?.
    Durre-e-Sameen
This poetry day we want to reflect on the meaningful poetry of the Promised
Messiah (upon whom be peace). Despite the fact that his poetry would easily measure up to the highest of literary standards, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was not a poet. His poetry is completely free of the typical poetic construction adopted by many Urdu poets of his time. To him, poetry was simply another medium in which to preach his message to the people.
