SDR#'s IF noise reduction plugin was used to mitigate the severe levels of static arising from poor propagation conditions. The transmitter has a power rating of 200 kW and is located in Kujang, DPRK. In this recording, the testing of a new intercontinental ballistic missile component is announced, possibly making this broadcast historically significant.
