I had the pleasure of speaking Erika, whom I met over Instagram within the past year. It was nice to hear someones story from a different country. I'm so proud of her and the effort she's made to better her life in the past almost year now. Keep up the amazing work Erika, can't wait to check in with you in the future and see how you are doing! 

In this episode we speak about Erikas friend who unfortunately lost their life, to substance use, around the time of the filming of this episode. Another life gone too soon, cut too short. This is the reality of the opiate epidemic going on in Canada and the USA right now.
