An April 9th ruling by a Montana judge stated that the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation failed to adequately consider the potential impact of the Rock Creek mine’s groundwater pumping on streams in the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness. We got an update from Doug Styles on where the mine currently stands and if there is an impact to the Exploration Phase.
