Voices Radio

Green Man Rising - the Spring Equinox edition of The Wyrding Floor: a Daybreak mix for

the hinge in the year’s door. March was Hlyða to the Anglo-Saxons - the loud month, the

month of storms - and before Mars picked up a sword he was the god who kept the frost off

your seedlings. This is the month where survival gets aggressive. The earth doesn’t gently

wake up. It punches through.

Folklore is the tuning fork, dance music the response: Afro-Latin percussion, highland

electronics, balearic drift, cosmic disco, jazz-sax house, deep dub-space echo and sunrise

warmth - building from invocation hush to full equinox glow. Expect threshold logic, foliate

heads in the hedgerow, and a few gnostic winks for the half-awake.

Every 3rd Friday on Voices Radio (07:00–08:00). Between the roots and the rhythm. Stay

wyrd x

A third into the rotation of the year, we welcome our dearest sister. S3BA is a trans*disciplinary musician who spent the first portion of her career as an opera singer and performance artist before reimagining her creative output through electronic music and nightlife. Their sets craft sonic journeys of genre defiant sounds often exploring more unusual sonorities. She believes that raving is resistance and that the liberation and emancipation of our bodies through movement and music is intrinsic to the fight for a better future.

UNICA is a Queer based platform focusing on techno and incorporating experimental, dub and hypnotic rhythms exuding an ebullient flair encapsulating the personalities of CITYTRONIX & NOHEXCODE. They are focused on trans, femmes, and nonbinary people.
