Blessed to be a blessing “Shine your Light bright”

Our dominion mandate grants us the privilege and divine ability to partake of the riches of the blessings of God, which Heaven Has released unto us and is manifested in our lives. We are called to extend this blessing to all, as God Has provided the resources for us by His exceeding grace. This is what it truly means to shine the Light brighter. A blessing is not complete or profitable until it is generational and transferred to others.

We still withdraw from the blessings of Abraham till date because a pronouncement was made upon his life that he would be blessed beyond his comprehension and will be a blessing to future generations. We are partakers of God’s everlasting mercies and unlimited grace that enables us to excel in all of our endeavours. We are blessed indeed to be a blessing. This means you must have the clear understanding that, whatever you have, was given to you by God. Therefore, since He (God) gave it to you, He may also require you to give it to another person or at least share it with others. As your obey His voice or instructions, He will find you more worthy to obtain more of His unlimited blessings and uncommon favour. A selfless and kind heart will receive more grace and divine provision for self and others. Joseph fed his brothers who had despised him in time past and even plotted against his life. He forgave them and even shared his blessings with them. If a man like Joseph who was humiliated and maltreated by his brothers still found a place in his heart to show love, forgiveness and extension of his blessings to those who did not seem to qualify, it leaves us with a lesson that:

1. Whatever we have is only passing through us to reach others” we are channels of blessings.

Contend and Ascend and Defend “All Power and Authority” CAD-factor

If we know that all power and authority was handed to us from the creation, we would not be easily shaken or moved by the intimidation, lies and wicked attacks of the adversary. After God created Man, one of the mandate He gave him was to have dominion, subdue the earth and rule over it. Although man lost the first chance at the Garden of Eden, God did not give up on him, but rather have Him another chance. He demonstrated His inexplicable and exceeding love for man by Jesus Christ, ahis only begotten Son to come in the form of man to lay down His own life, in order for man to take back what was originally his, but stolen. In Christ, we are restored spiritually and physically. Our dominion mandate is established forever, never to be stolen again. We now have the power to decree a thing in His name, which is above every other name, and we receive all we desire and obtain amazing breakthroughs beyond our imagination and comprehension.

Our weapons of warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

In summary, God expects us to contend for what Has been given to us. After we have overcome our adversary, we ascend and soar to higher heights according to His divine purpose and plan.

Most importantly, God is obligated to defend us because He contends with those who contend with us.

David passed the CAD-test. He contended with Goliath, ascended to the throne and God defended Him all the way. This was why he was able to crush the head of Goliath. He was helped by God, as He invoked his divine power and authority being assisted by angelic hosts (Jehovah Saboath).

Nugget: You can only receive the unlimited blessings in God’s store house when you exercise your spiritual power and authority, by boldly declaring it.

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.” Luke‬ ‭10:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬.

Profit in waiting “The best comes last and is everlasting”

There is a common saying that “The patient dog eats the fattest bone” This is simply because most impatient people receive partial or incomplete blessings because they did not wait patiently to allow God finish, beautify and decorate their life. Interestingly, sometimes the finishing touches we apply in a building or any project as simple as even proof-reading a manuscript might take longer than writing it because the end of a thing is better than the beginning. It is the end product or appearance of gold that makes it attractive or beautiful.

No one is ever present to see the processing of gold. It passes fire which at the moment may not be pleasant or bearable, but there is always glory ahead.

Regardless of how the case or situation you are faced with might look presently, in the end there is pleasure resulting from the pressure.

Nugget: Your faith is validated in your period of waiting for the answers to your prayers. Hannah received Samuel after waiting, Sarah received Isaac after waiting, David waited to be crowned King even after he was anointed.

Prayer: Father grant me exceeding grace to tarry in your presence until your appearance in Jesus’ name, Amen.

“In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,” I Peter‬ ‭1:6-7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

Focus on the Source “Lifted amidst all Odds”

A good connection to our source will take us out of every difficult condition or situation. When everything fails, we can still hope and trust in our source from where we draw strength and are empowered to receive divine intervention.

When the Lame Man at the Beautiful Gate kept his focus on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our life as commanded by Peter and John, he experienced a divine shift from staying at the entrance of The Beautiful Gate to a higher place where he was lifted from hopelessness and stagnation to restoration of hope and joy.

You may look beautiful outwardly, but you need a “Divine Shift” to a place of al round beauty (In and Out).

“Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God. Nugget: You need a Paradigm Shift that will move you from a place of friction and affliction to a place of distinction and restoration. “Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Challenges as Channels to making of Champions “More than Conqueror” Challenges as unpleasant as they may appear are often channels that make you a Champion of Faith, but you must endure and trust totally in God.

While the other people saw Goliath as a threat, David saw Goliath as a minced meat to be crushed under his feet. It all has to do with your thought process. Also while the twelve spies were afraid of the giants in the Land, Caleb and Joshua were more determined to press forward. The Word of God stands sure and has the supernatural power to level every mountain and break every yoke of fear and anxieties as of issues of life, which are natural or human. We are super human because we possess the DNA of God as kings and priests.

Challenges serve as channels or means of God’s power being made manifest or revealed in and through us. Daniel and the three Hebrew boys demonstrated this type of faith whereby they openly declared their faith and trust in the God of Heaven. They allowed God to use their challenge or trial as a channel to show case or show forth His power and praise and ultimately we can call them Champions of faith. A Champion of faith is not only one who travails to prevail, but beyond that, one who is ready to travail faithfully even when they are not sure they will physically prevail. You may not physically appear to be a winner, but your victory was settled before any battle and it is eternal. Though it may not appear to all at the moment, it will ultimately count because it proves the genuineness of your faith. As God’s Children we do not lose any battle in the sight of God, though to man you may not appear to be a winner. The Word of God is our guarantor, which assures us that we are “More than conquerors”

Some people that understood this revelation and emerged victorious Champions or heroes of faith were: David, Daniel and the three Hebrew boys: Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego; Esther and Mordecai, Paul and Silas, Peter, John and so many more.

You too can choose to be a hero of faith.

“Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3:16-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬.

“Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God. Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. Mystery and beauty of Left-Over. “Not left behind”

The best is always reserved for the distressed or those who seem to be last by reason of natural or unfavourable circumstances. When men despise or abandon a left over, God takes over their case file.

A Left over is one who has been through turbulent times and seasons in life which to the physical might appear to be abandoned or left behind. However, to God, it is the opposite because God takes pleasure and is very intentional about comforting the distressed or oppressed and lifting them to be established in enviable or desirable positions. Most people who do not know the full story May feel inferior or less important, but God who Has the blueprint of every creature works everything out for His glory. Therefore it is not wise to compare ourselves with one another as the Bible admonishes us, and it is also not wise to envy one another because we do not know the full story of any given case.

Esther was an Orphan who found favour in the sight of her Uncle Mordecai. Although they had a tough time in their journey, God ensured that their latter end was more glorious than their beginning.

Also, Mephibosheth was Lame at his feet due to an accident that seemed to cripple him in the sight of men as he was physically disabled. Interestingly, his condition could not stop God’s good plan for his life from being accomplished, even when Man tried to point out his disability.

Nugget: Your disability cannot stop you from getting to the top where God Has made room for you but rather, it is actually a platform for you to be recognized and elevated to the top where you will begin to wine and dine with Kings and Priests, as that is your actual and real identity in Christ.

“Now David said, “Is there still anyone who is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?” And there was a servant of the house of Saul whose name was Ziba. So when they had called him to David, the king said to him, “Are you Ziba?” He said, “At your service!” Then the king said, “Is there not still someone of the house of Saul, to whom I may show the kindness of God?” And Ziba said to the king, “There is still a son of Jonathan who is lame in his feet.” Then King David sent and brought him out of the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, from Lo Debar. Now when Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, had come to David, he fell on his face and prostrated himself. Choices likened to two-sided Coin “Intentional or Circumstantial”

Sometimes life can throw you to positions you don’t expect or desire to be in. This is very similar to throwing a Coin or any two-sided object. It can turn either way in favour or disfavour of the one who has it. Even if you desire it to fall into a particular side, it is not in your control to ensure it falls into a desired side. Another way to analyze it is a basket ball or football that is aimed at scoring a goal. It will either score it and cause a shout of victory (Winner) or if it does not score, may bring shout of mockery (Loser). In Christ, you win always because you’re victory or crown awaits you in advance. You won before the fight. You are only representing God is the field of Life.

Today, you can choose to stay on the winning side which is the shouting side by receiving Jesus Christ.

The choice of Jesus, does not have failure or mockery even when it looks foolish to all men.

God’s ways are higher than human ways, hence Jesus Christ was persecuted and mocked by men when he chose the shameful death on the cross. God remains true on earth and in eternity. Interestingly, the choices we make here on earth will determine if we will reign on earth as Christ’s ambassadors or forever in eternity and glory.

As painful and sad as death is, the second death is even worse.

You are an “Overcomer” more than a Conqueror through Jesus Christ, our Saviour, Amen.

Orpah and Ruth both had to choose between either going their own ways or following the God of Naomi. While Ruth followed Naomi, Orpah went her own way. This does not mean Orpah may not have encountered the same God of Heaven on her own journey, as we were not told.

Nugget: It is the end that matters and not the beginning or middle-way. Stay focused to the end.

Father: Please secure my soul to live a fulfilled life on earth and reign with our Saviour Jesus Christ in eternity, Amen.

W.A.I.T on the Lord “Not a W.A.S.T.E of time” Psalm 27:14.

Whenever we have to wait on the Lord for His appearing or to answer our prayers, we are not wasting time. We must ensure that we are utilizing the time of waiting wisely in preparation for the desired answers and manifestation of the glory of God.

Our Heavenly Father is perfect in all His ways and beautiful for situation. He Has provided everything pertaining to life and godliness from the foundations, and also given us the power and authority to subdue the earth and reign in dominion. However, we need to surrender our lives to His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ who He sent to this world to save our souls. We must also yield ourselves to the Sweet Holy Spirit who is our greatest Helper, while waiting in God’s waiting room. He speaks to us and guides us while waiting, ensuring we have fellowship with Him and not wasting the time of waiting on the Lord for His visitation.

There are several people that had to wait on the Lord and ultimately were crowned with joy and everlasting peace.

Hannah did not wait in vain. She received Samuel. Sarah did not wait in vain, she received Isaac, Isaac did not sow in vain, he received a bountiful harvest even in the famine. Ruth and Naomi did not wait in vain, they were restored to joy and peace all round.

Prayer: Father please hearken unto my prayers and let my waiting time not be a wasting time in Jesus’ name, Amen.

VOP 2022: Faith guarantees our Victory “Divine Validation” V-factor.

When we exercise faith in God, not wavering or doubting, we obtain permanent victory. Our Victory through Jesus Christ, our Saviour Has been pre-ordained from the foundations. In the Creation, Man was declared as the carrier or conduit of Power. The Power was given to Man to dominate and subdue the earth. This is enhanced by our determination to do our part as God Has done His own part.

Prayer: Father grant me the grace to work in agreement with Heaven to accomplish my earthly assignment and ultimately to be victorious on earth and in eternity in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Our validation of the Victory we have is in:

1. The name of Jesus Christ

2. The Blood of Jesus Christ

3. The Word of God

4. The Holy Spirit “Seal of Promise”

Life as a Book, Earthly or Eternal “Part 2”

It is the quality of life lived in times and seasons on this side of life or planet earth just as the chapters of a book that qualifies you and guarantees your name to be written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Lessons/Nuggets

1. Our Life has two sides, earthly (Temporal) and eternal (Permanent). You must not be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the Word of God (God’s book of Life) or Manual-Bible. The world has limitations (l) while the Word is limitless.

2. Most people focus on the earthly life because it is obvious or easily observed in the natural. However, it is for a period of time or temporal on this side, visible to all. Only few people labour hard to live a holy and acceptable life to ensure that their names are written in the Eternal Book of Life.

3. Eternity is permanent because it is where God dwells and He alone qualifies Man to dwell or reign with Him in glory. We must labour hard on earth by living a holy and acceptable Life in preparation for eternity

4. The Earthly Book (Life) on earth has information that is visible to all and can be shared by all. The Eternal Book of Life can only be seen by God, our Creator except He chooses to reveal it to us. When we walk in the Spirit closely with Him, the Holy Spirit will reveal deep secrets to us.

5. Earthly book has Chapters which end and the entire story ends. Eternal Life is endless and it reveals the glory of God.

6. The end of the book determines if the reader will desire or be attracted to read the book or more books. Just like the book people read, we must live our lives as Children of God in such a way that people will want to associate with us and ultimately be impacted.

7. We are the Bible that people read and make their choice either to follow God or be nonchalant, complacent or carefree. We must take heed and invest in our spiritual growth.

8. We are the salt of the earth and the Light of the world, a city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.

Prayer: Father help me to be transformed by your Word and be conformed to the image of Christ and not the world, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
