The year just got going and there is already so much that has happened. Today we're recapping some of the political events going on currently in the world, concluding a run down of where Voter HQ is headed.

Yesterday, an insurrection happened culminating in the US Capitol being breached by armed protesters (supporting Trump's bid for presidency). In this episode we talk about what happens when we think our "side" of politics is right and how that works against us.

Getting involved in politics doesn't have to be a stressful experience, but it is part of being alive. As discussed in this episode, whether we like it or not, as young voters, we are a part of the country we live in and our lives are hugely impacted by people in power. This alone should be enough for us to want to educate ourselves.
