Independent investigator Meuller has delivered his report, which details conduct intended to obstruct justice. While additional Congressional investigations are ongoing, Committee Chairs with jurisdiction over this issue, Representatives Nadler, Schiff & Cummings have all stated that the behavior described in Meullers report constitutes obstruction of justice, a high crime and worthy of Impeachment. Political considerations abound. Discuss

Kennedy School of Government Institute of Politics for the Fall 2011 term at Harvard University.
