  • 10. For The Love of the Land and Sea....and Binoculars!
This episode features the delightful Jenny Jefferies, author of the acclaimed cookbook For the Love of the Land and the upcoming For the Love of the Sea, supporting british farming and fishing communities and produce.  We discuss her inspiration for the books,  the importance of seasonal ingredients and appreciation of the incredible range of produce available across the UK.
Charlotte and Steve reminisce about rotary phones (remember them?!) and the days when we used to remember telephone numbers.  The flower of the week is the Anemone, which leads to some unusual mispronunciations.
