Trooper Needs Help in Old Town Alexandria.1100 A VSP Trooper broadcast a 10-33 after a stolen vehicle crashed into his cruiser at S Washington Prince. The two suspects bailed from the car and the Trooper fought with one as the other ran off. As several people called 911 to notify APD of the incident the second suspect tried to carjack a citizen near S Patrick S Henry. He was unsuccessful and was tackledapprehended by citizens before arrival of APD. Both suspects were taken to Alexandria Hospital with minor injuries.
