Join us this Sunday January 17th at 6pm PST to share an hour of mindfulness with Tori and guest teacher Camaryn Alejandra. Camaryn is an anti-racist thinker and climate justice advocate. This is Cam's second class with us and we can't wait to have her back!

In this class we'll be focusing on Mindful Anti-racism. We will be speaking about how to use mindfulness to key into anti-racist practices.
