Vulnerability is scary. It means telling your truth. 
Telling your truth puts you in a position of judgement. 

What I have found in the last two years as a coach is it is hard for us to be vulnerable with 90% of the people in our lives. We fear the "repercussions" of being seen for who we are -- not who people *think* we are.
