  • 9 Reasons Why Your Business Isn't Growing (and How to Fix Them!) | Ep 131

Just recently, I helped a client who was struggling with her business.

She did really well in growing the business to a certain point. Then… EVERYTHING STALLED, despite long hours and lots of efforts. She was ready to throw in the towel and contacted me in a last resort effort.

Once I had a closer look at her business and offered some solutions, SHE FREED UP HOURS EVERY WEEK. She even increased her client capacity by 20%. 🎉 And best of all, she felt so much more in control and less overwhelmed.

💡 This client is by no means an exception. Many businesses run into growth bottlenecks. More interestingly, THERE SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THREAD IN THE REASONS WHY THIS HAPPENS.

So, I’d thought I’d share the 9 most common reasons why businesses hit that wall AND how you can fix them.

The good news? Once you identify these bottlenecks and fix them, your business can thrive again. 💪

Would You Like Some Help With That?

    OK , I admit.

It’s not always easy to see the forest for the trees when it comes to looking at your own business. It’s so much easier for somebody else to tell you where the reasons why your business isn’t growing lie. (This is exactly why a business coach has a business coach!)

For just $50, I’ll take a deep dive into your marketing, sales, and operations to uncover where your opportunities lie. You’ll walk away with a clear, actionable plan to make improvements that will move the needle for your business.

Normally, this Snapshot is priced at $97, but until the end of October, you can grab it for only $50! 🎉

Sound good? Head over tohttps://sandrajulian.co/business-growth-snapshot/ to secure your Business Growth Snapshot today. Let’s get those bottlenecks sorted so you can focus on what you do best—growing your business!

💪 Don't wait —this special pricing won't last forever!

  • Business Owner with ADHD: Turning Challenges into Wins | Ep 130

Sometimes, things don’t quite go as planned. And that’s exactly what happened with this podcast episode! 🤯

I had everything set up perfectly—research done, questions ready, and a clear vision of where the interview with Katie Brown would go. But shortly after we had the introductions out of the way, our conversation took an unexpected turn.

Turns out, Katie is juggling not one, not two, but THREE businesses! Just listening to it had my head spinning. But when I asked her how she manages it all, she shared something eye-opening.

    "I have ADHD." 🚀

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time I’ve heard this lately. It seems like many adults, including many female service business owners like Katie, are getting diagnosed with ADHD.

So, we ditched my original plan and we dove into a fascinating discussion about what it’s like to run a business with ADHD.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • The positives (Yes, there are plenty!) and challenges of having ADHD
    • What happens when you get diagnosed as an adult
    • Strategies to manage ADHD in a business setting
    • How ADHD experiences can differ between men and women

Katie’s story is a great reminder that sometimes the things we think hold us back can actually push us forward. If you’re a female entrepreneur with ADHD (or even if you’re not!), Katie’s story shows that there’s always a way to turn challenges into opportunities. 🌈

Feeling inspired by Katie’s story? If you’re a female entrepreneur with ADHD, let us know in the comments how you harnessed your unique strengths and turned obstacles into opportunities. Because the more we talk about the challenges we face, the more we can help others overcome them. 🌟✨

  • Why Selling Services on Etsy is a Genius Idea | Ep 128

If you think you know everything about Etsy, think again! 🤔

If you’re like me, you probably see Etsy as the go-to online marketplace for crafty, handmade products, right?

That was until I connected with Etsy expert Dylan Jahraus. She completely shifted my perspective on the untapped opportunities this platform holds for business owners like you and me.

Apart from the arts and crafts we traditionally associate Etsy with, it's also a goldmine for service business owners? 🤯

Dylan’s story is inspiring in itself. After moving constantly because of her husband’s military career, she tried her hand at selling handmade wedding decorations on Etsy. Within a few months, she was earning $10,000! 💐 Now, Dylan runs a $1,000,000 company with 31 employees, sharing her Etsy expertise with 3,000 sellers who are thriving under her guidance. 🛠️

But the opportunity for your service business is the real game changer for me.

    Think …
    ✨ Brand exposure
    📈 Boosting your client base
💸 Passive income (and scalability as a result)

  • Why I Was Wrong About 10X Thinking | Ep 127

You know me, I’ve always been a bit lukewarm about business theories from people who haven’t walked in a business owner's shoes. They can feel so disconnected from the real world, right? 🤷‍♀️ But my scepticism doesn’t stop me from diving into books. Some are meh, but then there are rare gems that truly make you think differently. 💡

I’ve just finished one of those gems: "10x Is Easier Than 2x" by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy. At first, I wasn’t sold. How could 10X be easier than 2X? It sounded like a buzzword thrown around by people with more private jets than real-life experience. 🛩️

But I’m all about keeping an open mind. I tried it, and BIG SURPRISE… I LIKED IT!

    🎇 Positivity.

    🎇 Thinking big.

    🎇 Embracing failure.

    🎇 The mental game.

I break down the important points and reveal my lightbulb moment in this 🎙️ new podcast episode!

Do You Want Some Help With That?

So, are you, like me, fascinated by the potential of the importance of the mental game in business and 10X thinking?

Did this episode spark a lightbulb moment for you too? 10X thinking isn’t just a strategy—it’s a mindset shift that opens doors to new possibilities. If today’s podcast got you excited about wild goals you didn’t think possible, I’d love to help you on that journey.

  • How To Overcome Fear In Business? | Ep 125

    Today I’m doing something scary.

I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to share something quite personal with you.

I’m doing it because I believe that by being vulnerable, we can truly support and uplift each other.

Ironically, this episode is about HOW FEAR CAN HELP OR HURT US IN OUR BUSINESS JOURNEY.

Fear is a natural part of any journey, especially in business. It can take on many forms—some fears are grounded in reality, but many are unsubstantiated. Yet, the hardest part is that we often suffer in silence.

Honestly, when was the last time you openly talked about your fears? 🤔

I believe everyone deals with fear. Feeling fear is completely normal, but it’s crucial not to let it paralyse us. If we allow our fears to hold us back, we risk never reaching our true potential. That’s why it’s important to confront our fears head-on and use them as stepping stones to success.

So, let’s have an honest conversation about fear.

👇 In this episode and blog, you’ll find:

    • My personal experiences with fear.
    • Strategies that helped me overcome these fears.
    • Ways we can help each other turn fear into fuel for success.

Together, we can conquer our fears and achieve greatness. I’M HERE TO SUPPORT YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

So tune in to the latest episode for motivation and strategies to keep moving forward in your business journey.

  • Game On: Win the Business Mental Game! | Ep 124

I know so many of us are feeling the weight of business challenges right now. It’s tough, and it breaks my heart to see so many amazing business owners struggling. That’s why I’m sharing something super important that could be a game-changer for you: YOUR MINDSET.

Because, ultimately, SUCCESS IN BUSINESS IS ABOUT WINNING THE MENTAL GAME.

We often focus on new strategies, untapped markets, cutting costs, but the real battleground is in our heads.

    It’s about:

👉 How you think about failure and success.
👉 How you handle challenges and change.
👉 Taking the time to examine your pre-conceived ideas and ingrained habits.
👉 The people you surround yourself with.

As a 23 year business owner and Certified Business Coach, I’ve been working on this myself, and let me tell you, it wasn’t an overnight success. But COMMITTING TO IT BECAME A GAME-CHANGER!

So, I’ve put together an episode packed with practical tips and insights on harnessing the power of a winning mindset. Because, honestly, when one female service business owner wins, we all win.

Do You Want Some Help With That?

If you find this all quite overwhelming, you’re right. Improving your mental game in business is not something that you can resolve in 60 minutes with a podcast (although it’s definitely a start).

It takes self-reflection, rewriting old habits, focus, and resilience.

BUT (and here’s the good news),…

LET ME BE PART OF YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM!

If you’re ready to transform your business and mindset, I invite you to work with me. We’ll tackle your mindset and your business growth plans TOGETHER.
