When asked, "Who is getting Ethnic Studies right?" our answer is Shoreline School District. In the northernmost part of King County, Dr. Tanisha Brandon-Felder and Amy McClellan are building the collective capacity needed in a system to build a sustainable K–12 Ethnic Studies program.

WAESN Board President and K–5 educator, Amanda Hubbard, joins Chris and Tracy for Episode 9 to discuss what Ethnic Studies looks like for "The Littles."

In this episode, Tracy and Chris unpack common misunderstandings of Critical Race Theory and Ethnic Studies that are often shared by far right, and oftentimes liberal, individuals. We aim to arm the listener against anti-CRT and ES advocates by helping to develop their talking points against the rhetoric espoused by these individuals.
