  • Ep: 14: Cleansing Your Aura
    ***Main Course***
Your aura is like a magnet picking up vibrational energies all around you. Your aura is reflective of your Physical, Emotional, And Spiritual Health. Since we are in contact with so many different people and we are in so many different environments that carry unique energies and frequencies, it's very important that we are aware of how powerful and important it is to cleanse our energy fields because not everyone carries a positive or high frequency or vibration. Low vibrations and frequencies can attract low vibrational beings, thoughts, emotions and actions to you affecting your choices and how you show up in this world. In this episode I talk about energies and one powerful way to cleanse your aura that can bring optimal healing and protection.

  • Ep: 13: Intuition vs Fear
    ***Main Course***
Single ladies, have you ever met a man that outwardly seemed perfect? Intelligent, attractive, charming, witty and well groomed but for some reason, you felt very uneasy being around him? Or the interaction felt kind of awkward? Did you brush that feeling aside as paranoia and dated him anyways?
Why do we ignore red flags as false warnings when more often than not, they are guided in the truth? Are these red flags stemming from our intuition or fear? Let's talk about the difference of each and why leading your life with intuition is one of the most healthy things you can do.
    Intuition: Inner Knowing
Fear: An unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger leading to fight or flight.

  • Ep: 9: Rejection and Closed Doors
    Rejection:
    1. the dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea, etc.
    2. The spurning of a person's affections.
    3. A deliberate turning away
We all have dealt with rejection. Rejection stems from something rooted in our need to be accepted and approved by others and It hurts but it doesn't have to hold us back or alter how we view ourselves. Because It's not when someone rejects us or tells us NO that hurts, its what it confirms we already feel about ourselves that really hurt. Are you rejecting yourself to prevent others from rejecting you?
When people reject you, or when a door closes in your face, does it make you feel inadequate? Unworthy? Not good enough? Why? In this episode, I talk about how rejection can alter our self-confidence and hold us back from living in our true power.
Rejection can bring out the savage in you or bring out the best in you. It's your choice.
Closed doors and rejection can make you humble, compassionate and empathetic. A blessing in a disguise.

Hey Love!! Let's Talk about Soul Ties!
Definition of Soul: The spiritual or immaterial part of a human being; An individual manifestation of spirit and mental abilities of a living being including reason, character, emotion, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc
Definition of Ties: Attach or fasten someone or something with a string or similar cord; To restrict or limit someone to a particular situation, occupation, or place.

Come break bread with me and let's talk about how to break and release these soul ties! They are unhealthy and they no longer serve our higher being.
