Waiting on God can be really hard. Are you a Christian woman feeling like you're in a waiting season, a holding patter, even at a stand-still maybe? It's not always easy.

Having a real relationship with God means not only that you spend time together, but also that you trust what God says. Have you ever said, "God's timing is perfect," or "God's timing, not mine," or "I'm waiting on God?"

In this episode, I'm continuing the discussion from last episode. However this time I'm sharing three things NOT TO DO in your waiting season. And let me say this, not once in this entire episode do I say the word "patience" or "be patient" and for that I'm very thankful how God helped me to see this.

I am sharing vulnerably and personally in a fresh way. I am in a waiting season too. I am waiting on God's promises too. This past week, while preparing this episode, God and I had some real conversations.

Even when I'm in a waiting season, I trust God. I know His truth. I know He has good plans for me. Do I always trust His timing? I want to say yes, being honest, there are times I question His timing.

I have seen my waiting seasons in such a new light this past week and my prayer is that you can begin to see your waiting season in a new light too.

You are a child of God. He has a plan for your life and that plan is always in motion, even right where you are right now. Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you through this episode. And know that your waiting season not only has purpose, but even more, if you look for it.
